ホテル プラザ - ソレント

カプリ島　ポンペイ遺跡観光に利用しました。港からのバス停がホテルの前でとても便利でした。駅も徒歩で利用しました。タッソ広場という街の中心に立地しているので、ショッピングも楽しめました。大きいバスタブやバスローブ　スリッパと、アメニティも充実してるかと思いきや歯ブラシはリクエストしても用意してもらえませんでした。

繁華街（メインストリート）に近く便利だった。朝食の種類が多くて満足でした。部屋も清潔だった。

隣の建物に接しているので窓からのビューがまったくなく多少閉塞感を感じた。バスルームはおしゃれでは合ったが、洗面台の使い勝手があまり良くなかった。

ロケーションが良く、周辺観光がとても楽にできました。ローカルバスに乗ってポジターノやアマルフィに足をのばしたり、カプリ島観光のアクセスも便利です。ホテルのスタッフも親切で、快適な滞在でした。

コストパフォーマンスが良い。食事もバラエティー豊か。

到着した際のみ少しフロントの対応が良くなかった。あとは任せろのような感じで、説明不足。

朝食が定刻に始められたこと。

カードにより、室内の照明をオンにする仕掛けがうまく作動しないことがあった。ロビーが狭いため、グループツアーがくると、客室へ入れなくなる。

Location terrific for elderly person with mobility issues. Good breakfast.

We booked a triple room. The bed for the third person was terrible, in fact, it was the worst bed we have ever had and we have travelled quite a lot. There was hardly any mattress and there were bars across the bottom and also some contraption under the bed which allowed no flexibility. We just put up with it, but should have complained because it really was awful and should not have been offered as the third bed option.

This hotel is in fantastic location, just metres from piazza tasso. Our car was parked for us, we just pulled up outside, and only cost €10 per day. The pool on the roof is amazing. service is great and the breakfast is excellent. stay here. you will not regret it.

Hotel Plaza is in a perfect location in Sorrento near the Tasso Piazza. It was about a 10 minute walk to the port and sea. A couple of minutes walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff were professional, helpful and pleasant. The comfort double room was a good size with all the amenities. The bed was firm and the linens fresh. The breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold choices and a variety of fruits, yogurt, cereals, breads and pastries, eggs scrambled or hard boiled, beans, sausages and bacon, and salad. The infinity pool and pool area were great with a view of the city and the sea. The bar was fairly large with indoor and outdoor sitting and attentive bartenders. I would stay there again if I return to Sorrento.

It was modern, new, clean, convenient location. The photos asvertised were what was delivered. Breakfast was nice a small but good range.

The shower had some stains and draining problems, the shower nearly overfilled with water during my shower.

Location and just about everything! Breakfast was superb , decor is beautiful, staffs were professional , very good services. Will come back certainly. And parking is convenient, they parked our car and brought it out when we were ready to leave. Thumbs up!!!

Excellent cleanliness and good-sized room. Comfortable. First rate continental breakfast offering great variety of food. Helpful desk staff. Wonderful pool deck area with stunning views.

On one occasion pool waiter service was slow.

It was clean, smelt great. Close to the train and town. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was very noisy. The movement of guest through the halls and in the stair area was heard in the room very clearly. The echo factor from standing and chatting in front of the elevator carried into the room. Could hear when guests above were using their bathrooms Noise was the only problem. Had to use air plugs to sleep. I have never had to do that before in any hotel.

Loved the rooftop terrace and swimming pool with bar and lounge chairs. Really beautiful views of Sorrento.

The hotel design was extremely modern and well executed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if back in Sorrento.

Very clean and modern decor. Staff was friendly spoke English well and were ready to help. Location is great, very close to the central piazza and as such makes a great base for visiting the town, beach and easy to take the bus/train to the neighboring cities and towns. Breakfast was good too.
